Mr. Curhan was a partner in a prestigious law firm in Boston, Massachusetts, before establishing Allan R. Curhan & Associates in Plymouth to serve businesses and individuals in both Plymouth and Barnstable Counties. Co-author of "The Franchise and Dealership Termination Handbook", Attorney Allan R. Curhan is also one of the founders of the Colonial National Bank, and served as its counsel, chairman and president for several years. The bank later merged with a large regional bank.
He is also the author of "Encroachment, Coercion and Termination in the Automotive World; An Overview", an article published by the American Bar Association, Forum on Franchising in 2006.
A Harvard graduate, Attorney Allan R. Curhan assists clients in state and federal courts. Allan R.
